ARCHIVED - A-7 motorway in Almeria closed for inspection this week
Workers will be inspecting bridges on the Andalucía motorway between September 27 and October 1
The A-7 motorway in Almería will be cut off at some points this week, as the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda will be carrying out bridge inspections between September 27 and October 1.
Specifically, the San Telmo viaduct will be undergoing inspection, meaning that the traffic between km 439 and km 439.4 of the A-7, in both directions, will be cut off at some points, although one lane will remain open to allow some traffic flow.
The right lane towards Málaga will be closed on Monday September 27, between 2pm and 7pm, on Tuesday September 28, between 9am and 7pm, and on Wednesday September 29, between 9am and 1.30pm.
Meanwhile, towards Murcia, alternate lanes will be closed on Wednesday, between 1.30pm and 7pm, on Thursday September 30, between 9am and 7pm, and Friday October 1, between 9am and 1pm.
These closures are subject to changes and are expected to cause some delays on the A-7 this week.
