16th and 17th May, free concerts for night of the museums in Mula
There are activities in both the El Cigarralejo museum and the Casa Pintada
Mula is joining in with the celebrations of International Museums Day with a series of activities over the weekend in the El Cigarralejo museum of Iberian Art, which has an impressive collection of artefacts recovered from the former Iberian settlement near to the town and also the Casa Pintada which holds a collection of artworks by Cristóbal Gabarrón.

This weekend the museum is open on Saturday evening from 11-2pm and 9pm to 1am

Friday 16th May
Free concert given by the Clarinets and Saxophone group of the Agrupación Musical Muleña.
Taking place inside the museum.
Start time : 8pm
Saturday 17th May
Los Hermanos Cubero perform a free concert.
The Hermanos Cubero have created their own unique form of music, built around two strong influences: traditional Castellan music with Agapito Marazuela as a reference point blended with rural American music known as bluegrass, made popular by artists such as Bill Monroe.

The concert is free of charge and is the perfect opportunity to come along and have a look around the museum, enjoy a spot of live music, or indulge in a plate of two of tapas beforehand as the concert takes place between 10pm and midnight.

From 6pm the fiesta begins with a wide range of activities programmed for families to enjoy. These include workshops aimed at different ages, including children, young people and families.

6pm to 7.20pm , workshop, archery
7.30pm to 9pm, Workshop, the history of fire.
Guided visits
There are also guided visits to see the most important pieces in the permanent collection of the museum, as well as the temporary exhibition, “Miradas fotográficas. Mula: paisajes y tradiciones, taking place every 30 minutes between 6pm and midnight.
