During the week visitors to the City of Lorca can book a guided tour of the main highlights between Monday and Friday.

Route name: Las Tres Plazas

During December this is available on ; 01,02,05,07,09,12,13,14,16,19,20,21,22,23

These tours last a minimum of 45 minutes and take in some of the most emblematic buildings in the city including the Plaza de España where the Ayuntamiento and Colegiata de San Patricio can be seen; the Plaza del Caño, where the Pósito and Casa del Corregidor are located; and the Plaza de las Barandillas which includes the Real Colegio de la Purísima Concepción.

In ENGLISH: This route departs from the Plaza de España at 11:30am.

In SPANISH: This route departs from the Plaza de España at 12:30 midday

The cost for the route is just 3 euros, but prior booking is essential as the guide may have a group visit. Parties of all sizes can be catered for and larger groups can book the tour at a different time to suit their schedule. The tourist office can also arrange group visits to other areas within the city including the castle and embroidery museums.

Lorca: Morning and evening tour (Spanish only)

This tour is split in two parts, allowing free time in-between.

The first part follows the Tres Plazas route above and joins the Tres Plazas tour at 12:30, while the second part follows the Lorca Imprescindible route and covers the Mediaeval quarter, starting at the visitor centre in the Convent de la Merced at 19:30.

The two tours cost 8 euros.
