February 10 Music by Wagner and Rachmaninov and Wagner at the Aguilas auditorium
The Cartagena Symphony Orchestra and pianist Konstantinos Destounis at the Auditorio Infanta Elena in Águilas
The seventh concert in the 2022-23 ProMúsica classical music cycle at the auditorium in Águilas features the Symphony Orchestra of Cartagena under the baton of José Vicente Pérez, performing a programme which includes Rachmaninov’s second piano concerto (with soloist Konstantinos Destounis), Wagner’s Prelude to the death of Tristan and Isolde and The Island of the Dead by Rachmaninov.
The performance on December 9 at the Auditorio Infanta Elena in Águilas begins at 20.30. Tickets are priced at 20 euros and are available from the Águilas archaeological museum, the Casa de la Cultura Francisco Rabal, the box office of the auditorium two hours before the curtain rises and online here.
