February 4 free wellness dance workshop in Pilar de la Horadada
The Biodanza workshop being held in the Vega Baja town, Alicante promotes harmony between the body, mind and emotions

Pilar de la Horadada is hosting a free 'Biodanza' dance workshop for women to enhance overall wellbeing.
Biodanza is a system of personal transformation that encourages people to connect with themselves, others and the environment, through music and movement.
The aim is to release tension and relieve pain and emotions, "bringing hearts closer to the sound of music, the art of reunion and the joy of living", according to tutor Chon Esteve.
The workshop will take place on Saturday February 4, from 10.30am to 12.30pm in Room 5 of the Municipal Sports Centre in Avenida de la Torre.
Places are limited, so early registration is recommended at the Town Hall's Department of Equality, in Calle Ramón y Cajal. More information and registration are also available by calling 965 352 225 ext. 386, by sending a WhatsApp to 634 451 164 or via email: igualdad@pilardelahoradada.org
