IBI invoices for 2023 now payable on Mazarron properties including Camposol

Property tax Invoices can now be viewed or downloaded on the regional government website

Property Tax Invoices known in Spain as Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles (IBI) are now available to view and/or download on the Regional Government (CARM) website on this link agencia tributaria.

Once on the page, leave the “Tributo” box as IBI URBANO, also leave the “Año” box as 2023 although invoices for 2020/2021/2022 can be retrieved using the dropdown menu. In the “Población” box use the dropdown and select MAZARRON and leave the ANUAL as is, enter the owner's NIE/DNI in the “NIF” box and enter Nº Fijo del recibo in the last box (this can be taken from previous invoices).

Click on “ENVIAR” and your IBI invoice for 2023 will appear, this can be downloaded and printed if required. The amount due may be the same as 2022 and payment for 2023 is due on or before November 6 2023.

As Mazarrón Town Hall has delegated tax collection to the regional tax collection agency , payment can be made online with any credit or debit card issued by Visa or Mastercard or through BIZUM. To make the payment through these means, it is not necessary to identify yourself electronically or have any electronic signature system.

To pay using the online payment system by Visa or Mastercard click here - Pasarela de pagos - the N28 number required can be found on the invoice in the “NÚMERO DE SERIE (N28)” box near the top right. When entering the number there is an auto space facility so do not add spaces, also when entering the amount payable use a comma instead of a decimal point to separate euros and céntimos.

Payment can also be made by presenting the payment document at collaborating banks BBVA, Caixabank, Cajamar, Caja Rural Central, Caja Rural San Agustín, Targobank, Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander and Bankinter or by using applicable ATM machines. Mazarrón is also one of the municipalities where payment can be arranged in 12 monthly instalments by visiting the Tax Office (Oficina de Agencia Tributaria) at Calle Del Pino, 5, Mazarrón or following the instructions on this link Agencia Tributaria de la Región de Murcia.
