Los Altos de Las Palas, affordable villas on a fantastic new development in Fuente Alamo
This new real estate development in the Region of Murcia, projected to be finished by September, will have around 50 new build villas for sale
Los Altos de Las Palas is a new development in Fuente Álamo from an experienced constructor who renovates all the villas in this community.
Property experts Spaindinavia, a Swedish company based in the Port of Mazarrón, are selling a series of properties on the upcoming Los Altos de Las Palas real estate development, which are available to reserve off-plan now.
Features of the Los Altos de Las Palas property development
Located just 15 minutes from the town of Fuente Álamo and 22 minutes from the beach in Puerto de Mazarrón, the Los Altos de Las Palas is perfectly situated with great access to the nearby Hacienda Golf Resort, Murcia International Airport and the local health centre.
There are around 50 villas being built on the development, providing a choice of detached, semi-detached and terraced properties, and the community spaces have not one but two communal pools and a clubhouse.
Most of the villas are very large and have huge plots of at least 800m2, so there is plenty of space and privacy for each owner. What’s more, all the kitchens are fully fitted with appliances included as standard.
Completion of the project is planned for September of this year.
Property for sale on Los Altos de Las Palas resort
There are several types of properties available to purchase on Los Altos de Las Palas. For instance, the Cleonia model has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, built in a traditional Spanish finca style.
With a constructed area of 169m2, this villa has an Andalusian courtyard in the middle, as well as a spacious veranda and a roof terrace. It is available for the very reasonable price of 269,000 euros.
If you sign before the end of February, the furniture package and air con is included.

Buying, renting and selling Spanish homes with a Swedish twist.
Wouldn’t it be good if you could have a real estate agent in Spain who doesn’t just speak your language, but is actually an expat themselves and has gone through the process of purchasing and renting out property? Buying a second home in Spain which you can rent out when you’re not there, or even moving to live in Spain as an expat, is made easier by English-speaking real estate agents… but those looking for a slice of home and property advice from someone who’s been there turn to Spaindinavia.
Set up by Lisa and Johan in 2017 when they moved to the Murcia region from Sweden, Spaindinavia caters to expats in Mazarrón and the surrounding area who are looking to buy, sell or rent property in Spain. With nearly 20 years’ experience in property investment in Sweden, the UK, the USA and in Spain, Lisa and Johan now help others to purchase and rent homes in Spain and take care of all their property needs.
The services they offer include taking care of Spanish property deeds and paperwork when buying a home so customers don’t have to travel to Spain several times or book an appointment with different agents, working with solicitors throughout the deal to ensure that everything is legal and done correctly, part-financing the investment by renting it out, and much more.
People from Nordic countries are increasingly moving to the Mazarrón area, which is still a hidden gem for most Scandinavians. People from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland have all become very fond of the local environment once they have found their way here and bought or rented a home. But Spaindinavia’s service isn’t just for Scandinavians! While expats from these countries can benefit from being able to speak their own language in the Spaindinavia real estate agency, they also offer services in English and welcome all customers regardless of origin and language.
In fact, Spaindinavia’s tenants come from all over the world and they stay anywhere from 3 days to 12 months, while the owners of the properties they rent out appreciate the transparency of the service. Everyone gets their own logins to an online system, so that they can see exactly when their property is rented out and which web portals the bookings come from. Trust and transparency are absolutely fundamental for Lisa and Johan, and they strive to offer all their clients the very best service with a typical Scandinavian feel.
