ARCHIVED - Rojales hosts its 14th Music Without Borders festival: November 5 to December 3
Music lovers won't want to miss a series of concerts which will be held in the Vega Baja town, Alicante province from next month
Rojales' Music Without Borders festival is back for its 14th annual celebration of all genres of music with a series of concerts from November 5 to December 3.
Organised by the Department of Culture, the live performances will all take place at the Capitol Theatre of Rojales, starting at 9pm.
Entry costs 8 euros, and tickets can be purchased at www.servientradas.com
The line-up is as follows:
- Friday November 5: Hailed as "one of the most brilliant and expressive saxophonists of his generation", Kiko Berenguer will take to the stage.
- Friday November 12: Violinist Tua in concert.
- Friday November 19: Live performance by one of Spain's most prominent jazz bands, Jaume Vilaseca Trio.
- Friday November 26: Celebrated bassist, David Ruiz Septet, in concert.
- Friday December 3: Musical project Sephardica will perform a "compilation of the most beautiful preserved music" as it was done in the past using traditional instruments.
