Temperatures top 30 degrees as Murcia approaches summer heat: May 18-21 weather forecast
Maximum temperatures during the day are forecast to rise above 30ºC/86ºF almost every day from now on

It seems like this is it – the proper uphill (or downhill, depending on your preference) trajectory towards the true heat of summer in the Region of Murcia.
Starting this week, there is no more rain forecast by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), or very little at any rate, and temperatures are due to creep upwards past the 30ºC mark again, but this time remain there for longer.
Actually, for Monday Aemet do forecast a little light rain around San Javier and La Manga in the late afternoon, but everywhere else should be sunny and dry with some high cloud cover.
Murcia weather forecast, Monday May 18Temperatures are on the rise, with minimums up to 8-9ºC in the north and 13-17ºC elsewhere, while maximums during the day will be up to 22-24ºC in the northern and southern strips, and 24-29ºC in the centre of the Region – temperatures which are only predicted to rise further as the week goes on.
Over the next three days, Aemet has the same forecast for the Region of Murcia: “Partly cloudy or clear skies. Temperatures rising across the board, with little change along the coast. Light, variable winds.”
