ARCHIVED - Temperatures heading into the 30s in Murcia this week as April showers die out
Bright sunshine returns to the Costa Cálida after a wet and cloudy April
The showery weather of April continued into the early part of May on Monday as evening thunderstorms brought rain to many parts of the Region of Murcia, but the forecast for the rest of the week is for sunshine and high temperatures to return at last to the Costa Cálida.
There may still be some light showers on Tuesday morning by the afternoon clear skies will dominate and temperatures are expected to reach the low to mid-twenties throughout the Region. Conditions will continue to warm up on Wednesday and Thuesday as the threat of rain disappears, and by Friday Aemet are forecasting afternoon highs of between 23 degrees on the coast in Cartagena and 33 degrees in the city of Murcia!
