CBS News video falsely reported the Cumbre Vieja volcano was erupting in La Palma, Cartagena
Yes, technically there are volcanoes in Murcia but they’re all long dormant… there’s certainly not a volcano erupting right now in Cartagena, as American news channel CBS claimed on Tuesday October 26.In reporting on the ongoing eruption in La Palma in the Canary Islands, CBS mistook the site of the volcano for the small town of La Palma in Cartagena, a place which has fewer than 5,000 inhabitants and no volcano.Y el Premio Internacional de Geografía es para:
