ARCHIVED - Yellow warning for storms and rain across Murcia on Thursday
The entire Region is on a yellow warning alert for storms and up to 20 litres per m2 of accumulated rain in an hour
The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) is maintaining the yellow warning issued this Thursday throughout the Region of Murcia, which means risk of storms and rain that could reach 20 liters per square meter accumulated in an hour.
For this reason, Aemet has issued a warning of adverse meteorological phenomena at a yellow level, which means risk, for both phenomena (rain and storms) throughout the Region of Murcia.
Aemet has confirmed the warning period for storms and rains will begin at 11 am this Thursday and end at 9 pm, with a probability ranging between 40 and 70 percent.
This is a very broad warning, covering not just Murcia but also neighbouring provinces of Almería and all of the Comunidad Valenciana.
