‘Real hell’: Ibiza local blasts drunken Brits on flight from Luton
Woman describes journey from Luton to Ibiza as terrifying, with passengers shouting and drinking heavily

The woman, who posted about the incident online, shared a video taken towards the end of the flight that shows a chaotic cabin, with passengers standing, shouting and banging on the overhead lockers while yelling “Come on Ibiza.”
Alongside the clip, she wrote: “My flight from London to Ibiza was absolutely horrible. I was scared... a plane full of real English animals!”
She went on to explain that what the video captured was only the end of the drama. “People were standing, screaming, guys hitting each other, drinking bottles of alcohol one after the other and stopping the flight attendants from doing their job. Real hell,” she said.
It is understood that the incident became so disruptive that police were called to meet the aircraft when it landed in Ibiza.
Her video, which has since gained attention online, has reignited concerns around disruptive passenger behaviour on short-haul flights to popular holiday destinations. While budget airlines often see lively crowds heading to hotspots like Ibiza, this case appears to have crossed a line for many, with online users criticising the level of behaviour shown.
EasyJet has not publicly commented on this specific flight at the time of writing, but the airline has previously said that it takes onboard disorder seriously and will take action against anyone who threatens the safety or comfort of passengers and crew.
For the Ibiza local who shared the clip, the journey was clearly one she will not forget any time soon.
