Alicante weekend weather forecast Feb 13-16: Cloudy but warm and dry
Temperatures will climb to 24ºC or 25ºC in parts of Alicante on Valentine’s Day
Temperatures forecast on Friday afternoon
The weekend of love is upon us and those heading out to celebrate Valentine’s Day can look forward to dry, mild weather, although most of Alicante province will be fairly cloudy or even overcast throughout the weekend.
The showers from earlier in the week will fade away and the temperatures should climb into the 20s in many parts on Saturday and Sunday.
Thursday February 13
Both the early morning and evening will be partly cloudy throughout Alicante but it should be bright and sunny in the middle of the day.
Daytime temperatures will fall slightly along the coast, dipping to around 19ºC in Alicante city and just 18ºC in Dénia.
A light westerly wind will feel breezy on the coast during the afternoon.
Friday February 14
The outlook is much the same for Friday, with bright sunny skies around midday.
Day-time temperatures will climb across the board, hitting a very pleasant 24ºC or 25ºC in Orihuela and Elche.
Blustery intervals will persist along the coast.
Saturday February 15
Saturday morning should be mostly clear but the cloud cover will gather as the hours go by.
The night will be much milder than previous days but the maximum temperatures will fall by a couple of degrees throughout Alicante province.
Moderate north-easterly winds are forecast along the coast in the afternoon.
Sunday February 16
After a cloudy start, the skies should clear to only slightly cloudy by the afternoon.
Day-time temperatures will take another welcome jump, climbing to 21ºC or 22ºC in parts.

- Thursday February 13: Min 6ºC; Max 21ºC
- Friday February 14: Min 7ºC; Max 25ºC
- Saturday February 15: Min 8ºC; Max 21ºC
- Sunday February 16: Min 7ºC; Max 22ºC
