Amazon shakes up Spain's bargain shopping with new Haul platform

Customers can now find products for €20 or less, many under €10, with fast delivery and easy returns

Amazon is going head-to-head with popular low-cost platforms like Shein, Temu, and AliExpress following the launch of its new “Amazon Haul” store in Spain this Wednesday. The new service, available both online and on the app, puts hundreds of millions of items across more than 30 categories, everything from fashion to home and lifestyle, within reach at prices never exceeding €20. Most products are under €10, and some are listed for just a single euro.

With Amazon Haul, shoppers can expect “incredibly low prices,” a wider selection, and the customer service the company is known for. “We are delighted to give customers even more ways to save, without losing the safety, reliability and service that Amazon is known for,” said Ruth Díaz, Amazon’s Country Manager in Spain. “We know that finding good products at very low prices is more important than ever.”

Shopping on Haul is straightforward. Customers simply search “Haul” on Amazon’s website or app or navigate from the main menu icon. The platform features its own tailored shopping experience, with dedicated search, cart, and checkout.

Delivery times aim to set Amazon apart from its Asian rivals: most orders arrive within two weeks or less, a speed that may entice customers used to waiting for parcels from China. Orders over €15 come with free shipping, while those under €15 are subject to a €3.50 charge. Further sweeteners include a 5% discount for purchases over €30 and a 10% discount for those above €50.

Returns are simple and free if requested within 15 days of receiving the item, often without the need to print a label or pack the item yourself. Customers can drop returns at local collection points such as Celeritas or Seur.

Every product in Amazon Haul passes all required verification checks to ensure safety and compliance with current regulations. There are also customer reviews and star ratings to guide buyers’ choices, making the whole process not just affordable but reassuringly familiar.

Spain’s e-commerce scene has just gained a major new player for anyone after a real bargain - without the gamble.
