These week-long fiestas in Roldán take place around 19th March to celebrate the feast day of the town’s patron saint, San José. Throughout the week the locals enjoy a series of activities including lunch out in the country, football tournaments, the crowning of the fiestas queen, processions and parades, exhibitions and a whole host of meals and parties alongside the cultural and sporting events.
