Superb Boogie Woogie Jazz in the 2024 al fresco Mares de Papel season in Puerto de Mazarrón

The Lluis Coloma Trio has gained a great reputation for their live shows as they indulge in their passion for boogie woogie and jazz, and they are the act chosen to close the 6-event “ReJazz” season of open-air events during the summer 2024 Mares de Papel season in Puerto de Mazarrón.

Lluis Coloma is a gifted pianist renowned for an “unstoppable left hand” – a term which perhaps only fellow pianists can fully understand but which enables him to maintain rhythm and urgency in the music no matter how his fellow musicians extemporize. He and his trio have become one the masters of the boogie-woogie sound in Spain, and as they never stop improvising and innovating their shows are always unique and unforgettable experiences.

The show begins at 22.00 on Saturday August 10^th at the headland of El Castellar, at the western end of Playa de Bahía (click for map).

Note: all events in the Mares de Papel season are free of charge, with no need for prior booking. However, space is limited and an early arrival is recommended, especially in the case of the popular ReJazz events: entry is permitted from half an hour before the advertised start time.

No further admissions will be allowed 15 minutes after the events start. Once inside, eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted, and pets are not allowed to enter.
