ARCHIVED - August 3-31 Aguilas history exhibition at the Casa de Cultura
Visit the exhibition in Águilas’s Casa de Cultura, every weekday evening this summer, to discover the history of the town
An exhibition from Águilas Illustrated (Águilas Ilustrada) grandly titled ‘The Birth of a People’ (‘El Nacimiento de un Pueblo’) will be on display at the Casa de Cultura Francisco Rabal in Águilas for almost the whole month of August.
Visitors will have the chance to follow the history of the town of Águilas from its humble beginnings to becoming the large town it is today. This is communicated through rigorously reconstructed and creative drawings by Pedro Hurtado (see example, left).
The exhibition will be available to visit from Monday to Friday, from 6pm to 9pm.
