The British man was discovered surrounded by blood this Sunday evening
Spanish police are investigating the death of a 35-year-old British man, whose body has been found in Mojácar, in the province of Almería, showing signs of violence.
Guardia Civil sources close to the investigation have indicated that the body was found at around 11pm on Sunday July 21 in the town of Ventanicas-El Cantal, in the municipality of Mojácar.
These sources revealed that the man had died several hours earlier, showing signs of violence. When he was found there was blood on the floor and walls.
So far, police have not released more details of the case, nor what hypotheses they are following for the cause of death.
It comes just hours after two young men were shot to death in the middle of the street in the neighbourhood of Los Molinos in Almería capital city.
