British stroke survivor celebrates first anniversary of thriving Seville Expat Agency
A year on from launch, The Seville Expat Agency has guided clients from around the world through Seville's property market
The Seville Expat Agency has just marked its first anniversary, celebrating a year spent guiding international newcomers through Seville's property market and helping them settle into the city with confidence.
The agency was founded by 35-year-old British stroke survivor Natasha McCann, who rebuilt her life around the venture after her recovery. Determined to spare other expats the stress she knew relocating could bring, she built the agency around giving clients full transparency and peace of mind when renting or buying a home in Seville. 
"Reaching this one-year milestone isn't just a business success, it's a deeply personal triumph," said Natasha McCann, founder of The Seville Expat Agency.
"Surviving a stroke taught me the true meaning of resilience. I wanted to channel that energy into building something that genuinely supports people. Helping expats find their footing, make new friends in a brand new environment and culture, and secure homes safely in Seville has been the most rewarding second chapter I could have ever imagined."Over its first 12 months, The Seville Expat Agency has handled property transactions and rentals for clients from around the world, championing consumer rights along the way and helping newcomers integrate smoothly into Andalucían life.
The milestone was marked on September 19 with an anniversary celebration and post-summer social mixer at the Kivir Hotel Terraza in Seville, attended by around 50 invited guests, including clients, community leaders and local partners who have supported the agency since its earliest days.
