Condado de Alhama new pharmacy opening hours
The new chemist’s on the Condado resort is due to change its opening times

The new pharmacy that opened on the Condado de Alhama urbanisation this summer has been a success so far, helping to bring prescription medicines and over-the-counter medications to the resort.
Prior to this, customers had to travel 20 miles to the nearest chemist’s in Alhama town. The new chemist’s is located on the Bulevar Central de Las Cañadas, just north of the roundabout that serves Al-Kasar Shopping Centre and the La Isla residential area.
Now, the opening times of the pharmacy are changing. It will still be open for the same number of hours, but just at a slightly different time.
The new opening times are:
- Monday to Friday: 10am-2pm and 4.30pm-7.30pm
- Saturdays: 10am-2pm
Essentially, the change only affects the weekday afternoons, when instead of reopening at 5.30pm and closing at 8.30pm, the pharmacy will bring that forward by an hour.
The change comes just around one week before clocks go back at the end of Daylight Savings Time on October 29.
Condado de Alhama olives
In addition, in a recent Extraordinary General Assembly of the Urbanistic Entity on Condado, it was agreed that this year a company would be collecting the olives from the trees around the resort.
As such, all owners on the resort are kindly asked not to pick the olives themselves nor invite anyone else from outside the resort to do so.
