Corvera Airport bus users up by 38 per cent on last year
After just one month, the number of passengers on the bus that connects the Airport with Murcia and Cartagena has increased by more than a third
The number of users of the bus service that connects the Region of Murcia International Airport with Murcia city and Cartagena has increased by 38% on last year, according to the Minister of Development and Infrastructures, José Manuel Pancorbo, during a visit to the Airport together with its director, Carlos San Martín.
By implementing the current bus service, which came into force on June 1, 2024 and will remain in force until October 6, the Minister assured that the government is “demonstrating commitment to the inhabitants of the Region and to tourists so that they have more options for travelling during the summer season due to the increase in demand”.
