December 9 and 10 Freshly caught tuna cutting and tasting in Aguilas
A Mediterranean gastronomic delight at Restaurante Casa Bartolo in Águilas
The 5th annual “Ronqueo del Atún Rojo” event is being held at Restaurante Casa Bartolo in Águilas on Saturday December 9 and Sunday December 10, consisting of the skinning and filleting of a freshly caught bluefin tuna and the tasting of various tapas and dishes containing the meat of this prized fish.
The cutting begins on the Saturday at 13.00 and on both days visitors have the chance to taste the delicious dishes in which the fish is used. On the Sunday there is live music in an outside marquee at 12.30.
