England vs Spain FIFA Womens World Cup Final 2023
Watch Spain play England in this weekend’s World Cup final
The England Female National Football Team, the Lionesses, will play Spain’s Selección Feminina in the final of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 this Sunday.
England won their semifinal game against competition co-hosts Australia 3-1 this Wednesday August 16, with three goals from Toone, Hemp and Russo taking them through to their very first World Cup final.
Spain won 2-1 in their semifinal match against Sweden this Tuesday August 15, with Salma Paralluelo once again scoring the winning goal.
This puts Spain’s women’s team through to what is also their first ever World Cup Final, and what a World Cup to do it in – the most popular Female World Cup ever and the most watched around the world.
Sweden will now play Australia in the match for third place on Saturday August 19 at 10am Spanish time.
The grand final of the FIFA Women’s World Cup will be played on Sunday August 20 at 12pm Spanish time.
