February 22-March 3 Spain burger festival 2024 held in Murcia
You can vote for the best hamburger in Spain at this free festival
From February 22 to March 3, 2024, Murcia will host The Champions Burger, Spain’s biggest burger festival.
In this festival more than twenty food trucks travel around vying to win the title of best gourmet burger in Spain and this year Murcia will be the first stop on its nationwide tour of more than 15 cities.
You can try a variety of burgers, as well as plenty of beer, and there is also live music and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere to enjoy.
In Murcia, the event will take place in Murcia city’s Jardín Chino, opposite the Plaza de la Cruz Roja.
This burger festival has already been a resounding success in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Cordoba, Seville, Zaragoza and Castellón de la Plana, attracting thousands of visitors.At the moment, only the first five destinations of the 2024 edition are known: Murcia, Córdoba, Alicante, Zaragoza and Las Rozas, while the rest will be revealed little by little. This year, the number of places where the event will be held has been increased.
Entry to The Champions Burger is completely free, but you have to pay for the burgers and drinks.
It is open to the public from 6pm to 12 midnight on weekdays, and from 12 midday to 12 midnight on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Attendees will have the opportunity to rate the burgers they have tried by scanning a QR code and voting based on the quality of the bread, the meat, the combination of ingredients, presentation and originality. In addition, vegetarian and vegan options will be offered at participating restaurants, available on request.
