The exhibition displays pieces from 37 artists from the Region of Murcia
The Ministry of Education and Culture in Murcia has collaborated with the Institute of Cultural and Artistic Industries to offer guided tours of the ‘Mapa, Territorio, Región’ exhibition (‘Map, Territory, Region’).
The display is located at the San Esteban Palace in Murcia city and includes work from 37 different artists representing the cartography and landscape of the current moment of the regional plastic arts.
All of the artists whose work is included in the display are beneficiaries of the ‘visualizARTE’ programme, which aims to provide a helping hand to artists after the coronavirus pandemic.
The exhibition has already been visited by approximately 1,800 people after it was opened to the public on October 22 and the display will remain at the San Esteban Palace until January 8. Visiting hours are 10am to 2pm and 5.30pm to 8.30pm from Monday to Saturday and the guided tours can be booked from 6pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and at 12pm and 6pm on Saturdays.
