A musical version of the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tale at the Auditorio Infanta Elena in Águilas
This classic fairy tale, written by the Brothers Grimm, concerns a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster, all entering old age, who leave their homes and set out to become musicians in Bremen. On their way, though, they learn that three robbers are roaming the countryside and stealing people’s dreams.
Eventually they scare the robbers away and set up home in the thieves’ cottage, where they live happily ever after despite never making it to Bremen.
The show on January 4 at the Auditorio Infanta Elena begins at 18.00. Tickets are priced at 5 euros and are available from the local archaeological museum, the Casa de la Cultura Francisco Rabal, the box office of the auditorium two hours before the curtain rises and online here.

Águilas boasts 28 kilometres of coastline, with many fine, sandy beaches, sheltered coves and unspoilt natural beaches. Throughout the year the tourist office runs monthly guided tours and the route of the railways, which explores the railway history of the town.
The tourist information office is located in the Plaza de Antonio Cortijos, just a short walk from the sea front and Plaza de España, a cool, shaded space in which to enjoy a coffee.
