July 20 Iron Maiden at the Enrique Roca stadium in Murcia

The heavy metal giants return to Murcia for the first time in 18 years!

Iron Maiden, modestly billing themselves as “the greatest heavy metal band of all time” on their website, return to Spain in 2023 with just three dates forming part of their "Future Past Tour 2023", performing on 18th July in Barcelona, 20^th July in Murcia and 22^nd July in Bilbao.

After taking the world by storm with their "Legacy Of The Beast Tour" over the course of the last two years, the group travel back to the times of feudal Japan with their latest album, "Senjutsu" (2021), in which a more complex and elaborate style takes a look at the band's great classics.

In the band's own words: "The Future Past Tour will feature a selection of previously unreleased songs from 'Senjutsu', projected onto 1986's iconic 'Somewhere In Time', as well as other classic cuts". Steve Harris adds, "It's been a long wait! 2023 promises to be an exciting year. We really enjoyed our last visit to Barcelona, so it will be great to come back again. It will also be great to return to Bilbao, where we haven't played since 2014 and Murcia, which we last visited in 2005!"

On this occasion they will be hoping to fill the Enrique Roca stadium, home to Real Murcia football club, where the doors (or turnstiles) will be opened at 17.00.
