Starting Tuesday June 6 at 9.00am, New Class “Forever Young 50+” easy aerobic dance at Condado Fitness Centre, Condado de Alhama Golf Resort

NEW CLASS ALERT - Starting 9.00am Tuesday June 6 at the Condado Fitness Centre (next to Bokao Bar), Al Kasar Commercial Centre, Condado de Alhama Golf Resort and continuing on Tuesdays “Forever Young 50+” fitness classes for the over 50s. The class consists of easy aerobic dance moves, strengthening exercises and balance work. Only €5.00 per person.

All ages and abilities are welcome. A great fun welcoming class, where you will get to meet new people, make new friends, have some fun, laugh, dance and improve your fitness.

Condado de Alhama is only a 10 min drive from the slip road at Camposol. Condado Fitness Centre hold daily fitness classes and also have a fitness studio. Fitness instructor Paula is amazing, fun and friendly. So why not go along and give one of the classes a try!
