June 7 to 9 Mazarron celebrates Gastronomic Exhibition
Mazarrón becomes the epicentre of gastronomy from June 7 to 9 with a program rich in culture and flavour
From June 7 to 9, Mazarrón becomes the scene of the long-awaited gastronomic event "Rojo & Red", offering great value for the cultural and culinary to be found in the municipality. The exhibition, which will take place on the Paseo Agustín Herrerín in Puerto de Mazarrón, will fuse local and international culinary talent, live music and workshops for all ages, from 12 noon to 4pm and from 8pm to 12 midnight each of the three days.
Mazarrón Councillor for Culture, Jorge Durán, invites all residents and visitors to join this innovative event, which will include everything from concerts and talks to tasting sessions that will highlight the gastronomy of Mazarrón.
This year, the conference will see the return of "Rojo & Red" after a decade, with the same enthusiasm to highlight local gastronomy. According to Sergio Gallego, one of the coordinators, the event will feature numerous prestigious chefs, and with the stellar participation of Paco Morales, chef of the renowned NOOR restaurant, and Sebastián López, pioneer of traditional Colombian food with a modern twist in his restaurant Hannibal. Colombia, the guest country, will be presenting not only the dishes, but also in a special atmosphere the regional character of traditional Colombian dances.
With the promise of being a showcase of gastronomic innovation and cultural richness, Mazarrón Council invites the people of Mazarrón and visitors to join in this gastronomic exhibition, which in the words of the Mayor 'will be memorable'.

Friday June 7
- 4pm: An afternoon with Replay Band. Hits from the 80s to the present day. With vocals from Raúl Imperial and Vero Terrés
- 10pm: DJ Session
Saturday June 8
- 4pm: Musical Afternoon with THE BAND OF ACES "OUR INDIE WORLD"
- 10pm: DJ Session
Sunday June 9
- 4pm: DJ Session
- 5.30pm: Association group of Traditional Colombian folklore, Traditional Colombian Dances, Wilson Morales (the babe of Bachata) to be confirmed and La Papayera Percussion Quartet.
