A tour of the architectural treasures of the historic city of Mula
The "Churches, Heritage and Stories" guided tour of Mula (held in Spanish) is a visit back through the history of the town’s churches, revealing the solemnity of the of the Renaissance architecture which lies behind the decorative excess of the Baroque. The route, which begins at the Monasterio de la Encarnación at 18.30, also includes a visit to "La Santa Espina", a religious relic which is purportedly a thorn taken from the crown worn by Christ.
