More mosquito spraying on Mar Menor Golf Resort this August
Th anti-mosquito treatment takes place periodically to stamp out these pests
Not for the first time this summer, the residents’ association of the Mar Menor Golf Resort is advising people on the resort that animal pest control company Anticimex will be spraying for mosquitoes to try and stop the spread of these pests, which multiply in summer.The next bout of fumigation on all the phases of the resort will be on Tuesday August 6.
As always, the spraying will take place at night, between the hours of 12.30am and 6am in an attempt to cause the minimum disruption possible to residents.
The product which is used for the fumigation may cause irritation to the eyes and skin, so the residents’ association has asked, “for your security and so that the work may be performed properly”, that people avoid walking or being outside during the fumigation and to keep doors and windows shut while the fumigation is taking place.
They also advise taking precautions while driving.
