ARCHIVED - New Dutch store Zeeman to open in Cartagena
The shop has been dubbed the Primark of Holland and this installation is the second in the Region of Murcia
A new clothes, textiles and accessory shop, known as the Primark of Holland, is going to be opening in Cartagena from December 15; the second Zeeman store in the Region of Murcia.
This new opening, which will be located on Calle del Carmen, will come just a few weeks after the opening of the company’s first shop in the Region, on Calle Cultura in Molina de Segura.
Zeeman is going to be occupying the old Zara Home store in the centre of Cartagena which was closed back in July of this year.
The Dutch retail giants offer a wide range of products at affordable prices such as underwear, socks, T-shirts, bath towels and collections of baby and childrens’ clothes. In addition, Zeeman pride themselves on being a “neighbourhood store”, providing low-cost and environmentally conscious products to customers in the heart of their community, without shoppers having to travel to other areas or to large commercial centres.
Although the company has only just reached the Region of Murcia, Zeeman is already well-established in Spain, with 114 stores across the country, of which 29 are in the region of Valencia. And, across Europe, Zeeman has around 1,300 shops in seven different companies, making the company one of the leading low-cost clothing and textile companies on the continent.
