New hostel opens in Lorca offering affordable accommodation for travellers

A stay in Lorca’s Hotel Elios costs just 25 euros per night and offers all the comforts of home
The Councillor for Hospitality of the City Council of Lorca, Mayte Martínez, has announced the opening of a new hostel in the city, ‘Hostel Elios’, this coming weekend. Located in the newly renovated ‘Edificio Marial’ building, the hostel offers comfortable and affordable accommodation for travellers visiting the city.
The hostel has a total capacity of 50 beds, spread across three floors with four rooms on each floor. The rooms are available in both double and multiple formats, with the latter capable of accommodating up to 10 people. All rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities such as bathrooms, lockers, power outlets, central heating and WiFi.
According to the CEO and director of Dum Vivimus, Vivamus SL, the company that owns the building, the hostel is designed to provide visitors with a cosy and convenient stay at an affordable price. The price per night is set at just 25 euros per person, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travellers.
In addition to the comfortable rooms, the hostel also features spacious common areas, including a kitchen and living room. These open spaces are perfect for guests who want to socialise and enjoy their surroundings without breaking the bank. The hostel is suitable for groups, families and solo travellers looking for a unique and affordable lodging experience.
Located at Camino Viejo del Puerto, 76, the hostel benefits from a prime location near the A-7 motorway, making it easily accessible for visitors arriving in Lorca. The proximity to the Camino Viejo del Puerto roundabout also makes it a convenient base for exploring the city's attractions.
With the opening of ‘Hostel Elios’, Lorca continues to expand its hospitality offerings, providing visitors with more options for affordable and comfortable accommodation.
