Registering on the Municipal Padrón is very important, as it gives the Town Halls a means of accurately registering how many residents it has and enables them to obtain correct funding to offer municipal services and healthcare.

In Los Alcázares, the Padrón office is in the Town Hall, a large, modern building, located in the Avenida de la Libertad.

Most of the daily business of the council place in this location, and as well as council chambers there are rooms used for exhibitions and cultural events.

The Town Hall and Padrón office are open from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

There is a pay car park located beneath the Town hall, maximum height 2.15 metres. High topped vehicles will find parking in the surrounding streets, but camper van owners will fid it easier to park away from the Town Hall and walk in as there is no open parking nearby.
