September 2 Artisan soap-making workshop in Mojácar
Discover the craft of artisan soap making during this hands-on event in the historic part of Mojácar

Fancy doing something a little different this week? A hands-on artisan soap-making workshop is coming to Mojácar la Vieja this Wednesday evening, giving visitors the chance to get creative while discovering the traditional craft of making soap.
The workshop will take place at the Public Fountain at 7pm on Wednesday September 2, offering a relaxed evening activity in one of Mojácar’s most historic settings.
Organised as part of the PGI Mojácar la Vieja programme, the event is an opportunity to get closer to traditional crafts and learn more about the techniques behind handmade soap.
There’s something rather satisfying about making something yourself, particularly when the end result is something you can actually use. Whether you’re already a fan of artisan soaps or have never tried making your own, the workshop promises a chance to get involved and perhaps discover a new skill along the way.
The workshop starts at 7pm at the Public Fountain. Anyone interested in taking part should register in advance by emailing MEMOLAB@GO.UGR.ES.
