Sunny, warm and no sight of a storm: Murcia weekly weather forecast February 12-18
A return to form this week as the sun shines and the temperatures get up to 25ºC
Maximum temperatures in Murcia, Monday February 12
It’s almost back to business as usual in the Region of Murcia this week as far as the weather is concerned as we enjoy a return to the sunny weather and uncharacteristically mild temperatures in the mid-20-degree range that we’ve become accustomed to over the course of this winter.
There is very little chance of rain for most of this week as the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts “cloudy skies”, although the northern and western parts of the Region of Murcia may experience some light rain and occasional early morning frosts.
For Monday February 12, there are “light to moderate westerly winds, with occasional very strong gusts in the sierras” which have led Aemet to issue yellow weather alerts for gusts of up to 70kmh in north and northwest Murcia until 6pm. This wind will die down to become weak and calm from Tuesday onwards.
Murcia weather warnings, Monday February 12
Tuesday morning, February 13, will be quite overcast, but this will brighten up throughout the day and on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 we will have “skies with intervals of high clouds”.
The cloud cover comes and goes across the weekend but overall it will be a pleasant one, with temperatures across the course of this week similar to last week, if not slightly higher.
