The Seville Expat Agency

The Seville Expat Agency helps people relocating to the historic Andalucían city find legitimate, good quality homes to rent or buy, offering hands-on guidance, negotiation and legal support at every step.

Acting as a personal property shopper and buyer's agent on the ground, the agency takes the stress out of house hunting from abroad and helps clients avoid the pitfalls that often catch newcomers out.

Behind the agency is Natasha McCann, a trilingual British property professional who previously worked in luxury real estate with Seville Sotheby's International Realty. Having spent years guiding expats through the Spanish property market, she knows first-hand how daunting the process can feel from a distance. A life-changing health event in 2024 prompted her to turn that experience into a dedicated business, built around helping newcomers settle into Seville with confidence and a genuine sense of connection.

Clients can choose how much support they need. The full service covers everything from a personalised search for long-term rentals or properties to buy, through in-person or video viewings with expert commentary, to translation, negotiation and introductions to trusted English-speaking lawyers, mortgage advisors and notaries, right through to picking up the keys.

For those managing their own search but wanting occasional expert input, a lighter "communication-only" option is also available. The agency also runs social events, giving newcomers an easy way to start building a network once they've landed.
