This is what the most expensive house in Murcia looks like
A 3-million-euro mansion takes first place as the most expensive home in the Region of Murcia

The most expensive property in the Region is more reminiscent of a film or TV series set than a family home, with stately gardens, luxurious rooms and even a jacuzzi.
Real estate portal idealista price the luxury mansion at three million euros, but the eye-watering price tag is certainly worth it, with an enormous plot of 7,500m2, six bedrooms and stunning views.
The buyer of this movie-like house, built in 2005, will get a private home gym, a sauna, a wine cellar along with a chimney and top-of-the-range central heating system to warm the two-storey house and basement during the colder winter months.

And during the summer there is no need to go to the beach or a public swimming pool as the property has its own 12m x 6m pool surrounded by cypress trees and complete with a jacuzzi.

Natural light floods the 900m2 house, located in Santo Ángel (Murcia) as the layout allows the sun to seep in through windows in every direction.
The icing on the cake for the lucky buyer of this home is the enormous stately garden which could easily form part of a film set. Orange, cypress, pine and palm trees are all found on the plot, along with plenty of other plant species, and also included in the outdoor space is an ample garage with room for up to four cars.

Coming in at second and third on the list of most expensive homes in the Region are a modern house in El Puntal (2.5 million euros) and a detached house in El Palmar (2 million). Idealista also identified the most expensive apartment in the Region, a 1.5-million-euro flat on Calle de San Lorenzo in Murcia city.
