What to do in El Valle

Basic information about El Valle social facilities

The social events calendar in El Valle Golf Resort revolves around activities in the Sándalo bar/ restaurant in the clubhouse and resort centre. In the summer this hosts entertainment (dancing, music, quiz nights) every night, although in winter the range of events is more restricted. Details can be obtained from the Sándalo on 968 031001.

The El Valle Golf Society is an active and enthusiastic golf society, with members from a wide range of nationalities, and also holds various charity events during the year  as well as its regular golf events.

The Polaris shuttle bus service offers the chance to enjoy social events laid on throughout the Polaris chain and links the resort to the La Torre resort: again, full details on seasonal timetables can be sought from the Sándalo.

There is a go-karting track just down the motorway towards Cartagena (take the km 165 exit and it’s on the left of the motorway), and of course all the social and cultural activities offered by Murcia and Cartagena and the coastal resorts of the Mar Menor are within easy reach by car.

There are many English speaking associations, clubs and charities, all operating within an easy drive of the resort, details of which can be found in the business directory or in the local area sections.

The resort centre is reached easily from the only access point to the resort, where a security gate adds to residents’ and owners’ peace of mind. Drive straight up the main road and follow the signs to the golf course: the clubhouse doubles up as the resort centre, and features the Sándalo bar and restaurant  from which further information regarding facilities on the resort is available.
