An adaptation of the novel by Miguel Delibes at the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena in Águilas
Las Guerras de Nuestros Antepasados is a novel which was published by Miguel Delibes in 1975, decrying the needless violence of war and advocating peace through the main character of Pacífico Pérez. The plot revolves around seven conversations between Pacífico and a prison psychiatrist, and this format is respected in the theatre adaptation which is being presented at the auditorium in Águilas on April 25.
The performance, which features Carmelo Gómez and Miguel Hermoso, begins at 20.30 with tickets priced at between 12 and 25 euros and available online here, or alternatively from the Museo Arqueológico, the Casa de la Cultura and at the auditorium box office in the two hours before the show begins.
