ARCHIVED - 10 most frequent incorrect answers on Spanish driving licence theory test
To pass the theory test in Spain, drivers can get a maximum of three questions wrong
Since May 1, UK citizens resident in Spain who still hold British driving licences have been unable to drive, a restriction which has drastically impacted the lives of countless expats. A casualty of Brexit, the measure is currently under negotiation between the respective governments, and in one of the latest updates on the talks, Hugh Elliott indicated that the situation may be resolved by the end of July.
Waiting for a definitive decision simply isn’t possible for everyone, however, and many UK motorists have already bitten the bullet and taken the Spanish theory and practical driving tests, the only way currently open to obtaining a new valid licence.
The driving theory test in Spain is notoriously difficult though, with students applying for a B licence only allowed a maximum of three wrong answers. As with all exams, some questions are more tricky than others, and the The Pons Seguridad Vial Foundation has selected the ten questions most frequently answered incorrectly so far in 2022.
