Female paedophile wanted in the UK caught in Valencia
The 42-year-old woman is accused of committing a number of child sex crimes in Manchester

A 42-year-old British woman, wanted by the UK authorities for alleged sexual offences against minors, has been arrested in Valencia.
The arrest was carried out by Spain’s National Police following an International Arrest Warrant for Extradition issued by Interpol’s National Central Bureau in Manchester.
The operation took place on the morning of Monday May 5, when officers from the Citizen Assistance Group (GAC) and the Operational Response Group (GOR) of the Exposición district received intelligence about a fugitive potentially hiding in the city.
Following a series of investigations, police located the suspect in the La Punta neighbourhood of Valencia.
Once they had verified her identity through police databases, the authorities confirmed the outstanding warrant for her extradition to the UK, where she is accused of multiple child sex offences.
She was arrested on the spot and subsequently brought before Valencia’s Court of Instruction No. 7.
The extradition process is now in the hands of the Spanish courts.
