ARCHIVED - Hailstones and flooding in Caravaca de la Cruz and Mula, Murcia
A video has captured the amazing moment that the hail began to fall in Murcia yesterday

Stunning images of the hailstorms and snow in Caravaca de la Cruz yesterday have been shared on social media, all the more incredible for the relatively balmy temperatures that never dropped below 8ºC.
The video, which was taken by Murciano Adrián López Molina, shows the heavy hailstones pounding the road in the northern Murcia municipality, even as other areas of Murcia have been experiencing glorious sunshine.

Mula was also hit by the hailstorm and even a tornado that ripped up dozens of trees, while there was a downpour of rain which left some parts of Caravaca flooded, including the local health centre.
