Important change to TV services at Condado de Alhama resort
Due to the growing size of the community, the engineer will no longer be responsible for tuning owners’ televisions
The Condado de Alhama community management team has shared the news that, as of Monday May 12, 2025, there has been a “change in the technical services responsible for the tuning of television channels” in the community.
“Until now, the technician tuned the TV channels of the owners,” they said in a statement. “The current service provision provides one full-time engineer for Condado, but as Condado gets busier it is important that this service is prioritised to deal with internet, TV and phone faults rather than help people set in their TVs.
“This service has previously been provided free by Elitesa due to the availability of the on-site engineer which is now becoming more of a demand.”
Now, owners and users must tune their own televisions, but the management team was quick to assure that the engineer is “still available for any TV faults or issues regarding TV reception”.
