Man reported for raping a cow in Galician village
The suspect was caught in the act of violating a cow and then reported to the Guardia Civil

The cow’s owner was alerted by unusual noises coming from his farm, which is located near the festival grounds. His mother also became concerned after hearing one of the cows “screaming”, prompting them both to investigate.
On arriving at the cattle shed, they found a man inside.
“The man told me he’d come here to spend the night,” the farmer later said. But the explanation quickly unravelled when they discovered the animal had its legs tied with rope and the man had a stool beside him, leading the owner to believe he had been caught in the act of sexually assaulting the animal.
The farm owner called the Guardia Civil to report the incident. He later spotted the same man at the vermouth session of the fiesta the following day, and alerted the officers, who were already present in search of the suspect. According to local media reports, the man admitted what he had done when confronted by the authorities.
The owner believes this may not have been the first time the man had entered the farm for this reason, as he appeared to have come prepared with the items he needed.
The suspect, who reportedly works at a fairground, appeared in court in Lugo on Wednesday July 2 to make a statement. So far, no further details about the legal proceedings or potential charges have been made public.
