March 25 Help and advice for expats in Cabo Roig at PIOC information clinic
Expats can get guidance on voting, local services and dealing with the town hall at Smiling Jacks

English-speaking residents in the Orihuela Costa area are being invited along to a helpful and informal information clinic taking place on Wednesday March 25 at Smiling Jacks, right at the front of Cabo Roig strip.
The session gets underway at 11.30am and is designed to give expats straightforward advice on some of the most common questions that come up when living in Spain. It’s very much a drop-in style event so people can turn up, ask what they need and have a chat in a relaxed setting.
Among the topics being covered are how to register to vote, how to raise complaints with the town hall and how to arrange collection of unwanted furniture. There will also be general updates on local issues, giving residents a clearer picture of what’s going on in the area.
The clinic is being held at Smiling Jacks bar in the Agua Marina Shopping Centre on Calle Cielo in Cabo Roig.
The event is organised by PIOC, a local group that works to support and represent the international community in Orihuela Costa. The organisation regularly shares information, raises concerns with local authorities and helps residents understand how to navigate everyday life in Spain.
They also act as a bridge between expats and official bodies, aiming to make communication clearer and more accessible.
Anyone looking for practical advice or simply wanting to stay informed is welcome to attend.
