ARCHIVED - 18th March ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Discover the World of Mechanical Puzzles in San Javier

Test your brainpower and discover the art and engineering behind mechanical puzzles

Collector Nigel Croot, member of the International Puzzle Party, presents part of his collection of mechanical puzzles, the largest in Spain. 

Nigel will give a brief history of these inventions, which date back to ancient times and whose ingenuity proves a real test for human intelligence, and he will also explain what makes a good puzzle. There will be a presentation in both English and Spanish, to show some of the most interesting puzzles, followed by a Q&A session. Finally, attendees will have the chance to try the puzzles and brainteasers for themselves.

The event starts at 18:00 in the San Javier Municipal Library and is free of charge.
