Murcia city announces its local holidays for 2024
The regional capital has already decided on its local holidays for next year

Each municipality in Spain gets to choose two days of its own to take as local holidays, which are in addition to the regional and national bank holidays.
Murcia city has already decided its holidays for 2024, after the Region-wide holidays were decided at the beginning of this month.
The day of the Bando de la Huerta will be celebrated in 2024 on Tuesday April 2, 2024 while the traditional pilgrimage or ‘Romería’ of the Virgin of Fuensanta will be on Monday September 16, 2024.
