Murcia Services donate over 30 Easter eggs to Cartagena orphanage
The local estate agency gifted the Easter chocolate left over from their community egg hunt to a good cause
Murcia Services, an expat-run real estate agent serving all of the Region of Murcia’s main golf resorts and urbanisations, ran an Easter egg hunt for all the family on El Valle Golf Resort this Easter Sunday, with the sun popping out for long enough to allow all the children who attended to leave with a chocolate egg or two.
At the end, Murcia Services were left with 31 chocolate eggs and bunnies remaining, which the thoughtful staff put to good use.
“We drove down to Cartagena and donated the remaining eggs to the children’s orphanage, where we found there are 30 children from just a couple of months to 12 years old,” they said.
“Hopefully this little surprise for them today can bring them happiness for some time.”
The details for the Hogar de la Infancia orphanage in Cartagena can be found here should you have any clothing, bedding or wish to donate.
